How do we access the studio?
Our cozy little studio is located on Level 1 within our office unit.
The studio is private, lockable and has a separate access door.
Please note that there is no lift access to the studio.
Is equipment included in studio hire?
Yes, we have a range of equipment for you to use.
You can download the full list of equipment here.
Does the rental period include set up and pack down?
Set up and pack-down time is included in the rental period.
Any additional time beyond the rental period will be charged at $50 an hour.
Is parking available?
No, on-site parking is not available.
Street parking is available around the vicinity of the building.
Can I hire a photographer?
Yes, for sure! Our photographers and editors are ready to lend a helping hand.
Let us know at least 72 hours prior to your booking if you require our service.
What to do with any rubbish?
There is a small bin in the studio for your convenience.
Kindly take all rubbish with you as you leave.
Please do not leave behind any equipment, product or props that you brought along.

terms & conditions
Bookings
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to ensure your spot is secured. The total hire fee is due 3 working days prior to your booking date. No bookings will proceed without the deposit and full payment.
Cancellation or Date Change
For cancellations less than 72 hours notice, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. If you make a cancellation with more than 72 hours notice, a full refund will be provided. If you wish to reschedule the booking date or time, it has to be done 72 hours prior to the original booking confirmation.
Studio Overtime
Additional charges of $50 per hour will apply for any overtime starting 15 minutes past the hour.
Cleaning
The studio is to be left the same condition as found, otherwise a cleaning fee of $80+GST will be charged.
Multiple Day Hire
The office building and studio are locked overnight. Any property left in the studio overnight is at your own risk.
Damage
Any damage incurred will be billed directly to the client.
Noise
The studio is located within a larger office building. Please keep noise to a respectable level.
